Back to hot showers

Well, we arrived really early this morning at 430 am on a nice bus with no bad smells at all. Okay, so I am lying. Some lady and her kids were sitting in our seats, so we moved back to their seats to be nice. Mistake. The back of the bus is the worst when you have to go to the bathroom with all the small(aka large) rocks in the road. The road consists only of dirt and rocks. The real downside to all of this is you get to see more people use the bathroom than you would ever want, because there are no rest stops. Only open grass. So, unfortunately for me, because the bus came an hour and a half early, I was not able to use the bathroom before, and was not very comfortable during a good part of the ride. It didnt help that the spaces between the seats are small, and so you have to choose between keeping your seat upright, or having someone's knees in the small of your back for the ride. Overall, not my favorite mode of transportation.
So we are back in Cusco for a week or so. We are going to try to visit Machu Picchu this time, so maybe I will have some pictures from that. I have some new pictures from the field, but this computer doesn't have a usb port, so I will have to wait til tomorrow.
