The clouds here move in any directions, at variable speeds at the same time, and we often have fog (defined as clouds below 150 meters or so) that will just sit on the ground. We are 9000 feet up or so, and it is amazing to walk at night and not be able to see 2 feet ahead of you because of the fog.
